A partner since 1985, Michel has gained over 20 years of professional experience providing services to small and medium sized businesses in the construction and retail sectors, to non-profit organizations, to housing cooperatives and financial institutions. In the past, he contributed to a significant number of public sector audits for the Office of the Auditor General of Canada as well as audits of municipal school boards.

Lionel Nolet, CA
Lionel has been a Chartered Accountant since 1982 and a partner since 1989. He has contributed to several public and parapublic sector audits, notably for universities and municipalities. Lionel focuses primarily on small and medium sized businesses, condominium corporations, health care professionals and non-profit organizations.

Gilles Berger, CA
Gilles has been a partner since 1989. With over 18 years of experience, Gilles has acquired expertise in auditing and consulting for school boards, hospitals and municipalities as well as for manufacturing, retail, restaurants, general contracting, professional and consulting businesses. He is equally proficient in analysing internal control systems and developing policies and procedures.

Gilles handles CIDA contribution agreements audit mandates.

Marc Brazeau, CA
Marc became a Chartered Accountant in 1992 and has been an employee of the firm since the beginning of his career. He became a partner of the firm in 1998. He has broad experience in conducting audits of financial institutions, commercial enterprises, parapublic and non-profit organizations, as well as management and compliance audits of government agencies. His expertise lies in the development of policies and procedures, as well as internal control and information systems for various types of businesses. He is responsible for the implementation of an inspection service in Ontario’s Caisses Populaires and credit unions. Marc has also participated in various forensic accounting mandates.

Valérie Marcil-Galipeau, CA
Valérie joined the cabinet as an intern in 1992. She is well experienced in the fields of certification and accounting. She offers consulting services for companies, public and non-profit organizations and financial institutions. Our customers have long respected Valérie for her professionalism, her devotion, her interpersonal qualities and her versatility. She is an exceptional and irreplaceable accountant.

Daniel Lalonde, CGA
Daniel has been a Certified General Accountant (CGA) since 1982 and a partner since 1991. Since 1986, he has focused exclusively on corporate and individual taxation. He is the firm’s tax interpretation specialist for individuals and companies. He manages the firm’s volume of income tax returns for individuals, corporations and trusts.

Daniel also participates in tax planning mandates, corporate reorganizations, as well as personal financial and tax consultations.

Maître Edgar Chénier, M. Fisc., Pl. fin.
Maître Chénier has been acting as a consultant to small businesses, professionals, businesspeople and individuals for 20 years, in both Ontario and Quebec. He specializes in corporate reorganizations, business sales and purchases, and wills and estate planning. Clients representation before tax authorities is also part of his expertise.
